That time has come around again where we are looking to offer a 6 month contract to an aspiring craft editor It’s a scheme that ScreenHI has been running over the last two years to give individuals the chance to develop their creative editing skills while managing a workload independently and delivering to deadlines.  It requires a self-starter who will take the opportunity and make the most of what's being offered.

The role is designed to develop a number of skills around working in a freelance world, managing a workload and being organised in an edit suite   The kind of person we are looking for needs to fulfil the following :

• Full-time resident in the Highlands and Islands;
• Knowledge of Final Cut Pro and a desire to learn more;
• Self starter, ambitious and good time management;
• Creative editorial judgement;
• Passion and desire to work in the creative industries;
• Knowledge of the work that ScreenHI is involved in.
