Argyll Youth Arts is one of nine regional youth arts hubs across Scotland, a newly formed collective of creative organisations and individuals throughout Argyll & Bute dedicated to increasing opportunities for young people to get involved in arts activities in their area.

 

With digital media becoming an ever more relevant means of communication and youtube and online learning videos identified as one of the most popular means of young people accessing support for skills development, Argyll Youth Arts is in the process of developing an Argyll-wide Youth Arts TV channel. Young people from across the region are being employed as Youth Arts TV channel managers, to create content for and shape the direction of the channel.

 

They are now seeking a Youth Engagement Artist (Film & Digital Media) to be the main point of contact, training and mentoring support for our newly appointed regional Youth Arts Channel Managers.
