Every year XpoNorth put out a call for short film submissions for the film showcase element of our leading creative industries festival. There is always an incredible response and XpoNorth have the difficult yet delightful task of curating a selection to showcase to delegates attending the festival that takes place in June in Inverness.

For 2017's festival XpoNorth are seeking Trainee Film Programmers to contribute to the curation of the next film showcase. There will be a workshop to develop trainees' reviewing and curatorial programming skills, and how to write up a film for a showcase programme.
