Creative Industry Festival

8th & 9th June, various venues in Inverness City Centre

goNORTH is our annual creative industries festival, which began back in 2001 as a music festival showcasing unsigned Scottish bands Since then we have grown year on year and from 2007 we have developed into a cross genre platform for Screen and Broadcast, Music, Publishing, Designer Fashion and Digital.

We had a bulging programme of events including a spectacular special physical effects showcase from Artem (the model in the photo above was a film prop of theirs), a host of industry speakers, a screening programme at the Eden Court Theatre and an extensive band showcasing line up across 9 venues in the city centre You can see the full programme from 2011 in Showcasing.
