Anyone wishing to succeed in a creative career or business will need to learn to deal with rejection and criticism in different forms Our partners at Emergents are delighted to announce a new and important day-long workshop aimed at building the resilience of creative professionals in the Highlands and Islands It’s easy to say ‘don’t take it personally’ but not so easy when you put your heart and creative soul into your work!
 
Delivered by leading coach Mark McGuiness the workshop will cover issues like rejection and feedback of your work, constructive criticism, carping from competitors and disappointing sales. Mark will lead a practical workshop with insight and mechanisms on how to deal with a lot of these issues. 
 
Mark has been coaching writers, artists, creatives and entrepreneurs since 1996, helping them create more, suffer less and attract more opportunities. He writes the popular blog for creatives Lateral Action.
