MA In TV Fiction Writing For Two Highlands Writers

For a number of years ScreenHI has partnered with Glasgow Caledonian University to fund a scholarship for a Highlands and Islands based writer to attend this year long course in Glasgow.  
 
The course has been developed in close collaboration with the television industry in order to maximise employment opportunities for graduates There is a mix of teaching from academic staff and top TV screenwriting practitioners giving students the best opportunity to develop their writing and understanding of the industry.

This year we are utterly thrilled to congratulate two Highlands and Islands based writers - Louise Wyllie and Jan Storie - who both have gained a place on the course Jan is taking up the ScreenHI scholarship and Louise has been offered a scholarship from Ann MacManus and Eileen Gallagher, of Shed Media, two of the founders of the course and its driving force.

Both Louise and Jan have been friends of ScreenHI for a long time – congratulations ladies!
