Veronica attended the ScreenHI Podcasting Workshop, which was part of goSURF at Wave North Festival in April 2011 Wave North was the fringe festival that ran alongside the O'Neill Cold Water Classic Surf competition in Thurso.

Born and presently living in Inverness Veronica has had previous experience in radio and was very keen to re-establish a career within the industry The podcast workshop was an excellent opportunity for her to brush up on some key technical skills required to make programmes for network radio and to gain a solid grounding in digital editing It was a very hands-on practical workshop delivering exactly what was promised Dabster Productions expert tuition and guidance delivered in an informal and stress free way made for a very enjoyable and relaxed learning environment. Veronica feels she has gained invaluable knowledge on scripting, interviewing, recording and editorial techniques She highly recommend this course for anyone interested in podcasting.  This course gives an insight into how easy the process can be once equipped with the right tools and the knowledge of how to use them.
