Honeycomb - Creative Works 2014/15

Honeycomb - Creative Works is a NEW EU-funded initiative aimed at helping would-be creative entrepreneurs across the west of Scotland. ScreenHI are the Highland delivery partners and have the exciting job of rolling out the programme of development within the key areas - Lochaber, Skye and Lochalsh, Argyll and Bute. Honeycomb, which is managed by the Special EU Programmes Body, is also working across Arran and Cumbrae, North Ayrshire mainland, East Ayrshire, South Ayrshire, Dumfries & Galloway, the six southern border counties of the Republic of Ireland and in Northern Ireland. Honeycomb – Creative Works is delivering training, CPD, business mentoring and developing networks for individuals and groups working in film and broadcast, animation, computer games, interactive media and music technologies.

As well as offering this practical support, Honeycomb has launched a brand new seed fund - The Honey Pot - for projects in various stages of development aimed at individuals, freelancers and creative enterprises. Find out more about the fund on the website.
