Programme as Completed

This is the paperwork that should accompany every film, which in industry is a deliverable document in the commissioning contract It is vital that you know what you need to record in this document at the start of your production so that as you research and script you are keeping notes and records of any material being used, contributors and music details.

It records details of the contracts agreed with key talent, contributors, music used and copyrighted material (stills, archive, literature excerpts for example) It details general information like where it is being broadcast, dates of production, contact information for producer/director and synopsis as well as the technical information on format for recording and editing.
